Refund policy
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and receive a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item(s). You have a further 14 days from the date of contact to return the items to us.
We will accept late returns at our discretion.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items are as follows:
- Cut lengths of fabric - UNLESS they are faulty or damaged
- Gift cards
Refunds
When requesting a refund, please use the Contact Us page to send us an email with the following details:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return for a full refund
- Reason for returning your purchase
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days.
If you wish to cancel a booked workshop - this is not refundable if the date is within 7 days. We reserve the right to cancel a workshop for any reason and will offer a full refund or a new date.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item you have purchased for another product, the requested product must be of the same value or less than the originally purchased product. If you request an item that costs less than the originally purchased product, we will exchange the items and refund you the difference.
Cut lengths of fabric are excluded.
When requesting an exchange of items, please use the Contact Us page to send us an email with the following details:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return for exchange & quantities
- Item(s) you wish to exchange purchased products for & quantities
Once you have done so, please post your item to the return address stated at the bottom of the page.
Late or missing refunds

Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service as we cannot 100% guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
